Collection: Nama Sake

Traditionally sake is pasteurized twice, once as it moves from the brewing to maturation tank and again as its bottled. Nama is the term for unpasteurized sake. Bottles of Nama Sake are easily recognizable with a large 生 sticker front and center.

Nama sake tend to be on the sweeter side, have a light acidic sense of effervescence and pair well with appetizers and relaxing summer evening.
