Shipping policy
Please note that we sell our sake direct ONLY In the state of California. We are a small start-up business and we are making sure to provide best service for our customer as possible. We may be expanding to other areas later by compliance with law and regulations in each state -- we will let you know! Thank you for your understanding.
We ship by FedEx or GLS only, therefore we are unable to ship to USPS PO Boxes or UPS Store private mailbox addresses. All shipments require an Adult (aged 21 and over) Signature upon delivery.
Shipping costs are paid by you, the purchaser. Once the package is shipped from our store by third party carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible of the delivery by the third party carrier. We will notify you by email when your order has shipped with the tracking and third party carrier's contact information.
Estimated Times:
Estimated processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays. Estimated processing time is 2 to 5 days and our rough estimated delivery days is 3 to 8 days. We are not able to guarantee estimate delivery time. For more details on delivery times, please contact the third party carrier and will send you by e-mail when your order has shipped.
