Do you know  "Hire Sake" ?

Hire Sake is that Charred fish fin (mainly blowfish tail fin (called "Fugu" in Japanese) is placed in hot sake for this style of Sake drinking. In the Sake, fish fin broth scents this sake to produce a pleasant and deep flavor.
 
Usually comes with a lid. Lighting up with a match as soon as you open a lid, rich and deep aroma touches your nose immediately and bring you to happiness!
Fugu cuisine is famous in Shimonoseki and Kitakyushu city area in Kyushu and Yamaguchi region. 

Fugu can be lethally poisonous to humans meaning it must be carefully prepared to remove toxic parts and restaurant preparation of fugu must have a special license in Japan.

There are many other descriptions of blowfish but "Fugu are highly prized and used as gifts at ceremonial occasions, as the locals in Snimonoseki and Kitakyushu region are believed to bring good fortune.'' 

Would recommend to try out Fugu Cuisine when you are visiting Japan!
