Asama Brewery



Asama Sake Brewery engages in sake brewing led by local artisans, whom we refer to as the "Asama Toji" brewers. The winter in Naganohara is far colder than most people might imagine, with temperatures often dropping below -10°C in January. Despite these harsh conditions, our brewers work diligently with the motto: "Let’s brew sake with positivity and joy so that our customers can enjoy it to the fullest." Every day, they strive to perfect their craft in this challenging environment.
