Collection: Partially Filtered

Nigori - 濁り

Coarsely filtered with a larger mesh than standard filtered sake, this allows some rice solids to remain which gives the sake a cloudy appearance and adds texture.

Muroka - 無濾過

This sake skips charcoal filtration, keeping more proteins and natural flavours intact, though it still undergoes mechanical filtering to remove larger rice particles.

The omission of charcoal allows certain compounds, like proteins and amino acids, to remain, adding depth to the final flavour.

Origarami - 折り絡み

Filtered to leave minimal rice sediment. Unlike nigori, this sake is only partially cloudy, combining filtered clarity with hints of sediment for added texture.
