About the Brewery

Nestled in the mountains of Tokushima, this 17th-generation family brewery combines deep tradition with innovative flair. Led by Mamiya-san and his three daughters, they embrace a modern approach, using locally sourced rice—often ungraded—and cultivating their own yeast to create truly distinctive sake. Their passion for creativity is also reflected in their collaborations with musicians, adding an artistic touch to their craft.
