Brewed using Watanabe Shuzoten's traditional methods, this sake speaks to the terroir of the Nechi Valley. Made with kimoto yeast one of Yamahai's making, it is full-bodied but interestingly light to taste. Deep aromas of melon and apple, mixed into sweet rich cream. The backnote of salty nuts creates a complexity steeped in umami.
