SakeTrend’s first Zoom tasting event on December 5th was a great success! Our exclusive Katafune Tasting Set was the spotlight of the evening as attendees sipped five diverse selections of sake. Sake professionals David Sakamoto (creator of https://jizakequest.com/) and Brian Hutto (owner of  https://craftsakeshoten.com/) were on-hand to offer guidance through the tasting process and insight into the world of sake. We were honored to also be joined by special guest Mr Takeda, Toji Master of Takeda Brewery (https://katafune.jp/), who shared with us his inspiration behind Katafune.
