Collection: introducing the Katafune tasting set

Established in 1868, Takeda Shuzo is a brewery that has been creating sake in accordance with traditions that have held fast for 150 years. Their dedication to craftsmanship is most evident in the process of “binkanhiire” in which each filled bottle is submerged in hot water one by one to slowly warm the sake. Storing the sake at low temperatures then carefully ferments the sake to increase the sweetness and taste.
