ABOUT 

Brewed to celebrate viewing cherry blossoms at night, the elegant floral aromas come from the unique Akita Komachi Special yeast. Local rice is polished to Daiginjo levels but still retains some umami to balance the slightly dry finish. 

SERVING

Slightly chilled, in a white wine glass. Excellent with pork or chicken in a mushroom cream sauce.
