Yamawa Junmai Ginjo Pulito

This sake was made in collaboration with an Italian sommelier, Luca
Gardini, who focused on pairing with Western food. “Pulito” means
sophisticated in Italian. It has a refreshing texture like white wine,
with a clean, slightly acidic notes.

・Yamawa Shuzoten was established in 1896 in Kami town, Miyagi
prefecture. It is now in its 7th generation.
・The Ito family closed dropped others product to focus on sake
production, decidedly small production brewery focusing on
truly handmade sake utilizing local ingredients.
・The brewery slogan is “ Simple is the best”.
