This sake features Gin no Iroha sakamai grown in Miyagi that brings an elegant, silky ginjo aroma that soothes the palate and finishes with a clear, dry taste. Lactic aroma with a hint of pineapple melts in your mouth and finishes smoothly with its bright acidity. This sake is the winner of a Gold Medal at the Milan Sake Challenge.
