Suisen Junmai Nigori "Yukikko" (Snow-Child)

Introduced in 1970 by Suisen Shuzo in Ofunato, Iwate Prefecture, Yukikko ("Snow-Child") brings over 50 years of tradition to the glass. Truly a "blizzard in a glass," this exceptionally thick, opaque Nigori features a higher concentration of sake lees than traditional styles, creating an indulgently rich and silky mouthfeel.
