Tsuchi Sake Shizen Shu is a Sake rice that was unexpectedly lost to production after the War but has been revived in modern times, making it an extremely unique and rare Sake.

Working hand in hand with dedicated farmers, Yamana Sake Brewery uses late-ripening sake rice cultivated through organic farming methods. Each batch is brewed separately to preserve the individuality of the rice grown by each producer. To honor their work, the name of the rice farmer is proudly displayed on every label.

YAMANA BREWERY Yamana Brewery, Est. 1716, is located in Tamba City in the central-eastern Chugoku Mountains of Hyogo, a lush green area with beautiful nature and nostalgic scenery that still resembles the original landscape of Japan.
