Made from Hidahomare sake rice, polished to 45%. Open the bottle and notice the aroma of white flowers, nuts and banana. On the palate, bright flavors, a fine sweetness and umami with toasty notes of freshly baked rice cake, creates a sweet, medium-bodied sake that goes well with a variety of foods. This sake is low in acidity but is delightfully sweet and fruity. Served chilled.
