The refined aroma and taste of the W Underground Junmai Muroka Genshu is the result of advanced sake brewing techniques. The Yamadanishiki rice used in this sake is harvested in the Miki District of Hyogo Prefecture and polished for a stunning 150
hours until it’s 18% of its original size.
An elegant, slightly sweet, very light sake with delicate, yet complex aromas, a silky
smooth mouthfeel and a smooth, gentle finish. Aromas and flavors of lychee, crisp pear, margarita salt, and kumquat.
