“It all begins in the rice fields.” The Kuheiji brand believes the job of brewing is filled with romance and drama, and it all begins in the soil of their locations in Nagoya and Kurodashō, where they pay particular attention to the changes that every year affect their crops. Only by cultivating their own rice can we experience the story written out in the fields with every vintage and terroir.
Kuheiji Hinokishi is limited edition. Carefully selected plots of Yamadanishiki are selected from the Monryu district in Kurodahso in Hyogo Prefecture. Complex tropical and herbacious aromas with a deeply complex and layered flavor.
