A summer-friendly sake that goes well with cream sauce dishes. You can enjoy Bo at room temperature (59F/15C) as well as hot sake (122F/50C).

In 1937, Itsugoro Tonoike founded Tonoike Sake Brewery as a branch family in Mashiko.
The current brewery is Shigeki Tonoike, the third generation.
In addition to Japanese sake, Tonoike Sake Brewery also develops, manufactures, and sells various products such as rice-based shochu, liqueur, and doburoku.
In 2019, Tonoike Sake won more than 40 titles in domestic and overseas contests such as the Gold Prize at the National New Sake Appraisal for 6 consecutive years, IWC, KuraMaster (France), etc., and the Emerald Award, which is awarded to only one company at the National Sake Appraisal. was also awarded.
Tonoike Sake received the 4th place in the “2019 World Sake Brewery Ranking”, which selects the best sake breweries in domestic and overseas contests.
At Tonoike Sake Brewery, Makoto Ono, who holds both Shimono Toji and Nambu Toji qualifications, takes the lead in brewing sake, respecting tradition while continuing to take on new challenges.
