W Akaiwa-Omachi Junmai Unfiltered Genshu - Purple

Watanabe Sake Brewery is located in the historic town of Hida Furukawa in Gifu Prefecture and was founded in 1870. W Series Sakes are made-to- order in limited quantities.
W Akaiwa-Omachi Junmai Muroka Genshu is brewed from Omachi sake rice grown in the Akaiwa district in Okayama Prefecture, and polished to 50%.
When you pour this sake, the lovely aromas of sweet and sour pears is evident. The strong, bold flavors of this sake blooms in the mouth with a lingering, rich
flavor. The finish has a sharp, dry spiciness.

This sake is a must-have for Omachi lovers! Serve chilled-room temperature.

Must be stored in a dark, refrigerated place.
